The seven hardest badges
Night Manager at 45 awards is the rarest, then Seven Nights at 167, In The Dark at 223, Shadow at 287, Shift Lead at 594, Five-Star Service at 1,154 and Armed Escort at 3,060.

Seven Closing Shift badges sit at or below 0.15 percent. Two of them are level milestones, two are one-off feats, two are survival conditions and one is a co-op action that requires a second person to be in trouble.
This page gives each of the seven a route rather than a number. The routes are built from the badge condition itself plus the mechanics the official material documents; where a route depends on something the game has not published, the line says so.
The seven, in order of rarity

| In The Dark | 223 | 0.0% | Escape with your light off the whole night |
| Shadow | 287 | 0.0% | Some things only show up when nobody is looking |
| Shift Lead | 594 | 0.1% | Reach level 25 |
| Five-Star Service | 1,154 | 0.1% | Make it out of Chica's kitchen alive |

Night Manager — 45 awards
Eight levels of patience past Shift Lead. See levels and progression for why the 25-to-50 stretch keeps only 7.6 percent of players who reach 25.
The only honest route: play nights you can finish. A run that dies in the first corridor earns nothing, and the reward loop resets daily, so a short clean night is worth more than a long failed one. Nothing in the official text gates XP behind survival, so there is no trick — only volume.
Seven Nights — 167 awards
The condition is claiming a daily reward seven consecutive days. It is the second-rarest badge in the game and, unlike the others on this list, it is not hard.
The route is administrative: log in, claim, log out. Seven days across a school or work week is the entire challenge, and Seven Nights at 167 awards says almost nobody does it. Starting the streak on a Saturday gives you the best seven-day window.
In The Dark — 223 awards
Escape with your light off for the entire night. One of the two badges on this list that directly conflicts with the rest of the game's advice.
The route is a run with no torch at all. That removes Foxy's stated counter — "keep your light on Foxy's face" — and removes your only light source during a power outage. In exchange you get nothing mechanical; the badge is purely a self-imposed condition.
Practically: learn the building with the lights on, then take a run where you never press the key. Your first two attempts will fail in a corridor. The badge fires on the run where your route memory carries you.
Shadow — 287 awards
The vaguest condition in the game: "Some things only show up when nobody is looking."
That sentence can be read at least three ways — a thing that appears when you turn away from it, a thing that appears when you are not using cameras, or a thing that appears when you stop watching a specific room. The developer has not said which, and no other official text mentions a "shadow" mechanic.
The only useful advice is behavioural: whatever the trigger is, it is the opposite of looking. A run where you deliberately break the habit of checking behind you is the experiment worth running. If a third of the badge's 287 holders found it by accident, it is probably proximity-based rather than deliberate.
Shift Lead — 594 awards
Level 25. Same route as Night Manager, one wall earlier. Shift Lead at 594 is 13 times more common than Night Manager, which tells you the last 25 levels are the expensive part.
Five-Star Service — 1,154 awards
Make it out of Chica's kitchen alive. The room has a rule, not a monster — see maps and locations for why the award count implies a trap rather than a fight.
The route is reconnaissance. Walk into the kitchen on a throwaway night, do not touch anything, and find the exit before you find the objective. A room with a survival condition usually has one door that closes and one that does not.
Armed Escort — 3,060 awards
Hand EXG a shotgun. This is the only badge on the list that requires a purchase: the Sniper Rifle description says "you can hand it to EXG too", but the badge is named for the shotgun, and the Shotgun pass costs 70 Robux — the second-cheapest item in the store.
The route is therefore four steps: buy the Shotgun, find EXG, approach, hand it over. The unknown is where EXG is; the official material names EXG only in the Sniper description and this badge condition. If other players in your server have the badge, ask where they found it — that is faster than any guide.
At 3,060 awards it is the most reachable of the seven, and the cheapest to attempt.
What all seven have in common
Every one of them is a condition, not a skill check. None requires reflexes; four require patience, two require a specific room, and one requires seven logins.
That is consistent with the rest of the badge table. Closing Shift rewards knowing where things are far more than it rewards being fast. The rarest badges in the game are the ones that ask you to do something on purpose that no ordinary run would make you do — turn off your light, stand in a room, log in seven times, hand a gun to an NPC.
If you are chasing the wall, the order that minimises wasted runs is: Armed Escort first (cheap, 3,060 holders), then Five-Star Service (a room you already visit), then Shift Lead, then Seven Nights (which runs in the background), then In The Dark and Shadow, then Night Manager last.
